Wow, what a team building! We just came back from the most amazing team building event ever. It was organized by Roger Yue & Associates. There, we played awesome games that challenged us and made us laugh.We had a great time and learned a lot. We are excited to share some of the details:
Puzzle Solving: We Used Our Eyes, Brains and Teamwork
The first game was a puzzle solving challenge. We had to find two animal puzzles hidden in the hotel lobby. Then, we had to join them together. It was not easy, because the puzzles were very big and had many pieces. But we did not give up. We used our eyes to look for clues, our brains to think of strategies, and our teamwork to cooperate. We solved the puzzle faster than anyone else. We felt so proud and happy.
Finding Answers: We Used Our Imagination, Logic and Communication
The next game was a finding answers challenge. We had to follow clues to find places in the hotel. It was like a treasure hunt, but more fun. We had to use our imagination to guess what they meant, our logic to solve them, and our communication to share our ideas. We found many amazing things along the way, such as beautiful scenery and a rooftop swimming pool. We enjoyed exploring the hotel and discovering new things.
Creating Haka Video: We Used Our Strength, Unity and Pride
The third game was a creating haka video challenge. We had to learn a Maori war dance called haka. It showed our strength, unity and pride as a team. We watched a video and practiced the moves and sounds. It was scary at first, because we had to shout and make faces. But we felt the power of the haka as we did it together. We made a video and whatsapp to the facilitator. It was awesome! We resembled fighters ready to engage in battle.
Creating Tallest Human Tower: We Used Our Trust, Cooperation and Courage
The last game was a creating tallest human tower challenge. We had to build the tallest tower with our bodies. It was hard, because we had to balance on each other and not fall down. But we trusted each other and worked together. With our team work, we came out with an idea of laying down on the floor with 8 people to create the tower. It was funny, but also thrilling. We had a strong sense of camaraderie and trust in each other, which gave us the confidence to take on any task as a team.
What We Learned from This Team Building Event
We are happy we joined this team building event with Roger Yue & Associate. We learned new skills and had a lot of fun with our audit colleagues. We also learned that we are a super team that can overcome any challenge with our eyes, brains, teamwork, imagination, logic, communication, strength, unity, pride, trust, cooperation and courage.
