The ROGER YUE & ASSOCIATES (formerly known as Roger Yue, Tan & Associates) was formed in 1980 by our founding Partner, the late Mr Roger Yue Sau Yin who was instrumental in building the practice.
Since it formation, the firm has continued to expand to its present structure which comprising:
- Three (3) Partners.
- Sixty (60) staff.
- Approximately 2,000 clients are part of our diverse clientele, engaged in various business sectors
- Specialized services encompassing Audit & Assurance, Business Advisory and Transaction Advisory.

Lewis Yue, the managing audit partner at Roger Yue and Associates, located in the vibrant city of Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in auditing, accounting, and taxation. He is a proud member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia.
But Lewis’s journey to success was far from straightforward. He stepped into the leadership role of the firm after the passing of his visionary father, Roger Yue, who laid the foundation of the company back in 1980. Roger was a trailblazer who ardently believed in offering top-notch audit services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and his legacy was one of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
In 2017, when Roger left this world, Lewis was confronted with a series of daunting challenges. Not only did he have to grapple with the grief of losing his father, but he also had to navigate the towering expectations of their loyal clientele and fierce competition from rival audit firms. The backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic further exacerbated the situation, causing upheaval in the business world, particularly among SMEs.
Lewis recognized the need to evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing landscape. Thus, he embarked on a journey of digital transformation, investing heavily in cutting-edge technologies and tools to digitize the audit process. His goal was clear: to make audits more efficient, effective, and transparent, even in the face of unprecedented challenges.
With unwavering determination, Lewis aspires to lead the change as the foremost boutique firm offering digitalized audit services. His vision revolves around delivering audit excellence, underpinned by professionalism and integrity.
